Current *rates are as follows:
1 hour lesson/coaching £34
1/2 hour lesson/coaching £17
*Rates at Malcolm Sargent School, where Jeremy is the resident piano teacher, are available to parents of children at the school on request.
Jeremy enjoys teaching students of all ages and brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to his teaching, informed by his own educational experiences and his considerable experience as a performer. An informal lesson or meeting is generally the first step towards regular lessons.
Jeremy has a 100% pass rate with ABRSM exams and the majority of his students achieve Merits or Distinctions. Jeremy tries to ensure that all of his students benefit from a rounded musical education that fully explores all aspects of music-making, performance and musicianship.
As a professional musician, he is committed to ongoing assessment, renewal and furthering of his teaching approach and to pursuing his own professional development. He has current DBS clearance and referees are available on request.
